first of all you want to take your screen shot, ok, look for the botton on your keybored that says PRT SCR it should be above insert and beside f12.

next you want to open PAINT

after you have opened paint, go to edit and select PASTE

once you have done this, you should have your screen shot, edit it however you would like and save it, recomended to save it as a JPEG JPG JPEG JPE or JFIF.
once you have saved it, you can host it at
www.imageshack.us/
once you have hosted it, copy the FORUM LINK 1 and paist it into your text.
